It can sometimes be extremely difficult for any of us to see things clearly with the way we are constantly bombarded with the constant noise coming from all corners of society. So, for all of us out there I say the following prayer:

Lord, often we can become overwhelmed by all the glitz and glitter of this world and we can at times lose sight of the real prize, Your Son, Jesus Christ.

Please show us how to slow down and how to block out the mixed signals that this world is constantly sending us.

Show us the way of Your Son so that we might pick ourselves up off the ground and follow Him and only Him.

Help us to see more clearly what it is that You want for us and teach us to be more closely like Your Son so that we might one day share in His glory and the Salvation He offers each of us.
