God’s Love is For All of Us

“What then shall we say to this? If God is for us, who is against us? He who did not spare his own Son but gave him up for us all, will he not also give us all things with him? Who shall bring any charge against God’s elect? It is God who justifies; who is to condemn? Is it Christ Jesus, who died, yes, who was raised from the dead, who is at the right hand of God, who indeed intercedes for us? Who shall separate us from the love of Christ? Shall tribulation, or distress, or persecution, or famine, or nakedness, or peril, or sword? As it is written, ‘For thy sake we are being killed all the day long; we are regarded as sheep to be slaughtered.'”

“No, in all these things we are more than conquerors through him who loved us. For I am sure that neither death, nor life, nor angels, nor principalities, nor things present, nor things to come, nor powers, nor height, nor depth, nor anything else in all creation, will be able to separate us from the love of God in Christ Jesus our Lord.” (Romans 8:31-39)

That’s pretty straight forward about how much God loves us, wouldn’t you say? Doesn’t it also provide us with the assurance that there’s nothing that can truly bring us down or destroy us as long as He’s on our side, who can be against us? Isn’t that the message you get from those words?

Then tell me why the heck are so many of our church leaders such cowards? In fact, why are so many Christians today, such cowards? With that much love and that much assurance given to us by the Creator, why do we hide in the shadows when met with confrontation? Why are we afraid to speak out against injustice not only in our streets and government but our churches as well? Why are our church leaders found silent when it comes to the issues that God would want for them to speak out against? Why are so many Christians lulled into silence when it comes to the immorality that our nation is pushing on us on a daily basis?

Oh sure you might feel brave sitting in front of your computer screen as you whine about the immorality of society as a whole but why is it when you have the opportunity to step up and make your REAL voice heard, you run back into the shadows and buy your heads?

Could it be that we are are being led by a bunch of weak minded and weak spirited church leaders that we can’t see the truth that stands right in front of us? If that’s the case, then why are we allowing ourselves to be led by such weakness and cowardess? What is this truth I speak of? It’s simple, Satan is winning the battle against God on Earth. The world upon which we walk through life is a world that continues to just let Satan run rampant without any constraints whatsoever. We’ve gotten lazy and far too tolerant of the things that God hates and yes He does hate, as much as so many church leaders would have you believe that He’s a God who is all loving and all tolerant, even though this is true, it’s also a watered down version of God. Even though He’s all loving and tolerant there still are things that He absolutely hates.

One thing He really hates is not protecting the little ones of this world. Do you honestly think that He tolerates the abuse of children? Do you honestly believe that He would tolerate the idea of pumping innocent children with puberty blockers, teaching them that there’s no difference between men and women, being told that they can be any gender they want, even if it’s not even a true gender? Do you think that He tolerates the removal of a child’s gentiles? Of course not! But where are our church leaders at when it comes to this issue? Where are we as Christians for that matter? Why are we remaining in the shadows? Do we have that little faith in God when he

Do you think He loves the fact that so many Christians and church leaders alike literally show tolerance when it comes to the issue of abortion? Do you think that He condones the act of putting  limitations on the murdering of children when instead we should be standing up for life in the womb from the time of conception to birth? Does it make it any less murder when you put certain week limits on it? Of course not, and He does NOT condone it at any stage of the child’s progress. But far too many Christians have taken the knee to the immoral leftists who claim abortion is health care and not murder. If church leaders and Christians truly believe that if God is with us who is against us, would they continue to stand in the shadows like cowards?

If we truly believed that God’s love is meant forall of us, would we be afraid to tell the truth to those who need to hear the truth? If we truly believed that would we remain in the shadows in silence? Sometimes the truth that must be told is a truth that forces the person to have to self-reflect and look deeper at themselves than what they really want to, but to truly show God’s love, we must not be cowards, instead we must be warriors who are not afraid to speak out on any matter that we know in our hearts God would “hate”.

There are so many things in our society today that God  hates for us to do.  But what about the things that break His heart? Can you imagine the pain that we must cause Him on a daily basis?  What breaks His heart? Plenty of things, but a few stand out, such as forgetting to sit down and talk to Him on a daily basis, ignoring His voice when He reaches down from heaven to guide us, ignoring His glory through the beauty of creation that’s all around us instead of looking at creation with amazement, we take it for granted. What about ignoring and utilizing the gifts that He bestows upon each one of us individually, after all God bestows upon each of us gifts and/or talents that aren’t meant to be kept to ourselves but are meant to be shared with others for the good of humankind, and so much more. Does the God who loves us all deserve that kind of faithless treatment? Of course not, but if we can’t find the time in our lives to share with God, how can we ever find the time to share ourselves with others. And if we can’t find the courage to fight simple battles in our own personal lives and churches, how will we ever find the courage to fight the battles of the world?

It’s time to show God that we appreciate the love that He gives freely to everyone. It’s time that Christians and their church leaders come out of the shadows and speak out against the corruption and immorality that’s become normal in our society. Time could be growing short and if we don’t take care of business now it may be too late soon.
