There have been so many things happening at the speed of light with headlines since Monday that it makes the average person’s head spin. I called this “Speed Headlining” because it reminds me of that old thing that single people use to participate in called “Speed Dating”! I personally don’t even think President Trump has even slept since Monday at 12:01 pm. It’s amazing the speed at which things are being done. But it’s understandable since anyone who has paid any attention over the past 8 plus years know how the left loves to obstruct and of course they are not failing us there. They are reacting in their typical manner: spoiled bratty elitest commies. So the speed at which the new administration is moving is quite understandable.

Here are just a few of the headlines that have been coming  at us at the speed of light both good and not so good. Look, I know it’s a lot, that’s my whole point to show the proof this truly America First government is working overtime to honor the mandate in which We the People gave them, so pick and choose which headlines peak your interest most:

• Trump Admin Orders Federal Employees in DEI Offices to Be Placed On Paid Leave As Agencies Wind Down Diversity Initiatives – According to the New York Post on Tuesday President Trump ordered all federal employees who worked on DEI initiatives to be put on paid leave as they shut down all DEI offices. • Trump Ends Affirmative Action for Federal Contractors and Universities – President Trump signed an executive order that rescinds Lyndon Johnson’s EO 11246, which established affirmative action that stood unchallenged all these decades, this will force employers that work with the federal government and all publicly funded universities must now hire people based on merit and skills instead of basing their hiring practices on race-based discrimination which includes all DEI practices. Now hiring practices must be based on skills and merit not the color of skin or sexual identity, etc.
• New FCC Chairman Shuts Down All DEI Programs After Trump Executive Order – Brendan Carr excoriated the “wasteful” and “invidious” policies in his statement to the FCC. The new chairman of the Federal Communications Commission announced the end of ALL diversity, equity, and inclusion programs at the FCC. Carr said: “Promoting invidious forms of discrimination runs contrary to the Communications Act and deprives Americans of their rights to fair and equal treatment under the law.” He also stated, “The FCC joined other private and public sector institutions in promoting discriminatory DEI policies during the Biden Administration.” Click Here to read more.

• Republicans Led by Chip Roy Move to Repeal the FACE Act Biden Used to Jail Peaceful Pro-Lifers – Rep. Chip Roy of Texas, with the support of 25 other Republican co-sponsors, have reintroduced legislation on Tuesday that seeks to prevent  the political prosecution of peaceful pro-lifers by repealing the FACE Act. On top of that, President Trump will be giving all of the pro-lifers who are now in prison due to Biden will be given full pardons the same as he just gave the J6 “hostages”.
• Trump State Department Bans LGBT Pride, BLM Flags at Embassies, Consulates, And All Federal Buildings – “Starting immediately, only the United States of America flag is authorized to be flown or displayed at U.S. facilities, both domestic and abroad.” Flags that were flown at the behest of the Biden administration such as the LGBT pride flag and BLM flags will no longer be flown, although the POW/MIA emblem and the Wrongful Detainees Flags are permitted to be flown. • Trump Starts Ball Rolling On Beautifying Federal Buildings – Months before Biden rescinded Trump’s original beautification order, a Harris Insights and Analytics poll conducted on behalf of the National Civic Art Society found that 72% of all Americans preferred traditional architecture for federal buildings instead of the many truly ugly pieces of architecture that’s been going on all over the country.

• Trump Declares US Exempt From Global Corporate Tax Pact That Biden Signed – Trump on Monday declared that a global corporate minimum tax deal “has no force or effect” in the U.S., effectively pulling America out of the landmark 2021 arrangement negotiated by the administration of former U.S. President Biden with nearly 140 countries. • Trump Unleashes ICE From Biden-era Limitations on Nabbing Illegal Aliens at “Protected Areas,” Including Churches and Schools – The rule imposed by former DHS Secretary Alejandro Mayorkas under the Biden administration restricted enforcement actions in order to make sure migrants weren’t discouraged from accessing “essential services” or engaging in “essential activities.” The Department of Homeland Security released a memo ending limitations on Immigration and Customs Enforcement actions at “protected areas” that include churches and schools. • On Day Two of the Trump Administration, DHS Reinstates “Remain in Mexico Policy” – “The Biden/Harris Administration abused the humanitarian parole program to indiscriminately allow millions of illegal migrants to enter our country.” DHS said. Trump was the first president in modern history to declare an invasion at a U.S. border, The Center Square reported. • Trump Quietly Fires 4 DOJ Leaders Who Oversee Immigration Courts – According to a report from the NY Times, Mary Cheng, acting EOIR director; Sheila McNulty, chief immigration judge since April 2023; Lauren Alder Reid, head of policy; and Jill Anderson, EOIR general counsel, are now all out of a job. • Trump EO Signals Crackdown On Pro-Terrorist College Students – Trump’s EO on foreigners who “support designated foreign terrorists” could be the start of a previously promised crackdown on radical pro-Palestinian students on American college campuses. • “Be Serious,” Says Panama President on Trump “Invasion” Question – Panama’s President Jose Raul Mulino responded “be serious, be serious” on Wednesday when asked in Davos whether he was concerned the U.S. would invade after Trump said he would take back the Panama Canal. (This president had better take Trump serious, it is obvious they have broken the canal treaty by allowing China to basically run the canal when it was supposed to be neutral, and by charging U.S. ships far more than other countries another part of the treaty broken.)
• Amended Laken Riley Act Passes US House, to be Sent to Trump – The Laken Riley Act empowers DHS to detain and deport any foreign nationals in the U.S. illegally who are accused of theft, assaulting law enforcement, or committing acts that cause serious injury or death. (Simply common sense, why did we need an Act for it?)
• Trump DOJ Directs Prosecutors to Investigate State, Local Officials Obstructing Immigration Laws – Some local elected officials have come out against Trump’s plan of “mass deportations” before he took office. • Refugee Flights to US Canceled After Trump Signs EO Suspending Refugee Admission Program – So called “refugees” who were planning to come to the US who had flights lined up to gain entry, have seen those flights canceled as Trump remakes immigration policy in keeping with his campaign promises. • Trump Agency Says Employees Are Free to Say “Illegal” and “alien” Again – “Moving forward, for all communications materials and for internal and external communications, ICE employees are directed to use the lexicon consistent with the Immigration and Nationality Act and the language historically used by the agency.” (Just like there are only two genders again, now you can call a spade a spade. Common sense folks, common sense.)

Wow, phew and the week isn’t even over yet. And to think this is only a part of the headlines that’s been hitting the information highway!

It’s obvious, Trump is not messing around and knows exactly what he’s doing this time around.
